It's really painful on how you have to plaster a smile across your face when what they are doing is hurting you very deeply. It's really painful, worse when you can't voice it out. And, the torture just has to continue for so many days.
It's really painful when you have to turn against your heart, lie to yourself and support your friend to go for something that you really desire for. It just really hurts.

But the ultimate reason you can't voice it out is because...
